At M.J. Bale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't quite right, you can return or exchange full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
